Hi

I am writing to express my thanks to Natty and the team for two things. Firstly for some fantastic themes, which in my view are more sophisticated both technically and from a design point of view than anything else I have seen ( and believe me I have trawled the internet for WP themes), but secondly, and more importantly for providing a support service which is superb. If you are looking for a company that provides first class support (almost 24 hours a day in my case - sorry!), then this is it. Emails are answered quickly and all my problems in set up were resolved with speed - even things I thought were impossible were resolved with incredible speed and efficiency. I should also add that their design costs and mod costs are very reasonable. In short, they are the best I have ever come across for help, support and design and I recommend them 100%. In case you are wondering I have no connection with Natty, and only found the theme by chance after weeks of searching. I will be using them from now on for all our current ( 40 ) sites as we migrate from static sites to WP platforms, and add to our portfolio. A huge thank you to all the Natty team, and I hope any casual readers of this forum will add to their client base - they deserve it. I will be adding comments in the WP forums as I believe they deserve every success for their great designs and even better support. Kind regards David

I had currently purchased one of the great themes made by Natty WP and customization for my needs. They replied back to me at midnight, within an hour, quoted me on my next email, then took the job. I expected the job to take a few days, but they finished it THE NEXT DAY!  They also added what I like to call the 'Natty Touch", with their own ideas, extending mine to a point I couldn't even imagine.
This is definitely on of the best place for buying wordpress themes.

Cant thank you enough for all of the customization, support and awesome design and upgrades.  You really take the time to listen to what your customers need.  I just wish I could get the support ticket feature to work for me.  I could really use some help with banners.
