Is it possible to make a widget or otherwise so the user can select between the light or dark CSS style?

You need to search for a special plugins to do that with cookies support.

I have done a lot of searching for this, and I cannot find anything.  can you point me in the right direction?.

Well no, never had an experience too, cause I think that this is not a useful feature.

Surely you can see some practical use for it since it is an option on the admin side, and a paying customer is requesting this in a future update... Was just wondering.
