Hi there

My web designer purchased the newsday theme for my blog, but all either of us seem to be able to download is a corrupt 78kb file. The account user id is "designweb".

Any help would be much appreciated

I forgot to mention that the user id and password that was given upon purchase is not recognized in the help area log in, so I have had to ask the question here.

Yes, you need to register on our helpdesk first.
Try to download file again, our datacenter having some problems with connect
