I'm having problems installing on a Windows-based server?? Even though CHMOD is for Linux-based server, I've confirmed, as well as my hosting company, that the permissions are all set accordingly.

It still indicates that "To complete the installation you need to CHMOD directory cache (/Folium/cache) to 777 permissions." Are there any known server based issues?
