Theme not working properly.

I have 2 PC's and a macbook. No matter which browser I use I see different content showing up and plugins not working correctly. For instance 2 people looking at my page via firefox or IE see different pictures loading and most not working. If i switch between IE and flock I see pictures on one and some missing via other browser. This makes it very difficultto work on the site with new posts. Also the freatured content that shows the featured posts with pics does not rotate the pics as it should. This is really annoying and would like some help on getting this theme working properly.
